- Choose your treatment and confirm your cost with us.
- Apply online via humm’s quick application process. As long as you meet eligibility criteria your credit will be approved, and we’ll proceed with your treatment.
- A minimum deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is then financed via humm over a term that suits you.
- You will make monthly repayments directly to humm in line with the agreed plan.
- Once approved, we’ll handle payment of your treatment cost, enabling you to focus on your journey without immediate full payment.

- Late or missed repayments may adversely affect your credit rating and ability to obtain credit in the future.

How to Apply
- Book your consultation and confirm treatment cost.
- After your deposit is paid, click the “Finance with humm” button and complete the online application.
- Once approved, we’ll schedule your treatment and you’ll receive your repayment schedule from humm.
- Make monthly repayments, and we’ll take care of everything else.
Other Ways To Pay
Pay by GOCARDLESS
Our customers asked us to provide different ways to pay for treatment. As a result, we also offer a subscription payment service. Payment is made by direct debit at a set monthly amount. This allows you to spread the cost of treatment over the course of a year.
For example, you’ve just had your lip enhancement treatment and want to save towards the next one. Simply complete the direct debit form and we take a regular monthly payment. By the time your next treatment is due you will have sufficient funds in your La Belle Forme account to cover the cost.
Think of it as a membership subscription. We currently have four levels of membership. Copper Gold Silver and new level Bronze!
